We were having occasional glitches in recent months so determined that we needed to do a thorough investigation of our website’s infrastructure. Think of it like taking a beloved, but aging, classic car into the garage for a complete engine rebuild. The goal was to create a faster, more secure, and more reliable platform for all of you. However, as with any major overhaul, we encountered a few unexpected bumps in the road—or, in our case, bugs in the code.
We recognize that this behind-the-scenes work unfortunately leaked into your front-end experience. We are intensely grateful for your patience and for those of you who reached out to let us know about specific issues.
