A fantastic book! This is the first time I have read a pattern book from start to finish instead of just looking at the eye catching photos. There are so many things to love about this book. From the precise piecing instructions including which way to press the seams to the detailed piecing photos, the hand drawn photos of Judi’s design process to the photos of the actual quilt on the frame with the designs drawn on, and the straight forward & easy to follow quilt paths shown to recreate the quilting on your own without having to figure it out. These are just a few of many great teachings found in this book. One of the features I love the most was at the very beginning of the book where Judi shows where she started with her quilting & how she has improved. This gives me confidence that with time & practice, my quilting skills will grow & improve too. To me, this is the best quilt pattern book on the market & so worth your money! (Posted on 4/4/17)
