The powerful (and pretty!) magnetic surface acts as a needle minder to keep your needles and scissors firmly in place while you work and can be attached to any smooth, nonporous surface such as your sewing machine, table or other items. The nano tape adhesive on the back allows it to be moved multiple times without leaving any residue. If the tape loses it’s tackiness just wash/dry and it will be sticky again. I’ve attached my Constantine Quilts logo sticker to the front to remind you where you can get all your machine quilting needs!
Magnets are safe for computerized sewing machines. It’s been said it would take a magnet the size of an automobile to damage a machine. If you’re still leery you can attach the magnet to another smooth surface close to your machine. Read more about magnets and sewing machines here
